We’re bringing you a new tutorial: a different bib shaped like a little cape that covers a good amount of surface area so little ones get as little on themselves as possible. This bib ties in the back with a ribbon or cord.
In the tutorial, we show you different ways to sew it. You can make it with one fabric or, if you prefer, by combining a couple of them. We also finished one of the options with trim to give it a special touch. You could use fringe or pom-pom trim.

If you prefer a short-sleeved bib, you’ll find a really cute and super practical model at Lulu Ferris. And if your little one gets very messy, whether eating or doing crafts, you’ll also find a long-sleeved bib.
But now let’s make this simple and pretty bib. Download the pattern here, and happy sewing!
I hope you liked it and feel inspired to sew a few. We’d love to see the result if you do. Don’t forget to tag us if you post photos on social media or use the hashtag #cosiendoconlulu so we can see them.
