For what purposes do we process your personal data? At luluferris.com, we process the information provided by interested parties for the following purposes: managing the delivery of requested information; providing interested parties with offers for products and services that may be of interest to them; offering our products and services in accordance with their interests; and improving their user experience. To fulfil these purposes, we will create a commercial profile based on the information provided. No automated decisions will be made on the basis of profiles held in the database. Through these legal terms and conditions of contract, we provide consumers with the pre-contractual information referred to in Article 6 of Directive 2011/83.

First, identification: The goods sold through luluferris.com are information products consisting of e-books, online courses, an online library and memberships. I do not sell every product directly; instead, my website provides the relevant link directing you to the various sales pages. On luluferris.com, you are actually entering into a contract with Lulú Ferris SL, Tax ID (NIF) B65440216, using the contact details and registered address shown on that website. I receive physical correspondence at C. Argentona 78, Mataró (Barcelona), and email at info@luluferris.com.

Second, products and prices: Courses, training and consulting services may be purchased through the website. Each is described on a product page showing its price. The prices of services or products shown on our website are stated in euros and include VAT unless otherwise indicated. Offers are duly marked and identified as such. They remain valid for as long as they appear on your screen. These offers may be changed or withdrawn without prior notice.

Third, the purchasing process: To place an order for a course, training and/or consulting service through our website, you must register during the purchasing process. Our store allows you to create a customer account using your email address and a password of your choice, making it easier to sign in and make future purchases. This data will be processed and added to our files as explained in the personal-data protection section of this Legal Notice.

To make a purchase, you must select the product or service, after which the system will automatically redirect you to the order page (shopping cart). On this page, you must enter your first name, surname and email address, unless you are already signed in, and select a payment method. Once you have completed these steps, click the “Pay” button. If you select PayPal, you must confirm the payment on that provider's website. If you pay by credit card, you will be asked to provide the relevant card details. You will then be shown a purchase confirmation page containing a download link if you purchased software or another downloadable product, or confirmation of the contract if you purchased a service.

Payment methods: LULU FERRIS SL gives its customers the option to choose from several payment methods:

  • Credit card: If you choose this payment method, you will be asked for your card number and expiry date. For your peace of mind, complete security is guaranteed, as both your personal information and card details are encrypted through the secure SSL server provided by Stripe. Furthermore, luluferris never receives your card details, only confirmation of your payment.

The label “order with an obligation to pay” appears at luluferris.com/carrito. Receipt of the product by the recipient will be evidenced by the IP address and download order. Our product purchasing system contains all information relating to the process. The sales contract will be considered concluded upon acceptance of the informed consent. Within 24 hours of the purchase, the consumer will receive proof of the transaction and confirmation that the procedure has been completed and archived by the recipient.

Product delivery: Regarding delivery dates, information products will be delivered immediately, while the delivery period for services will be communicated individually. The purchase of immediately downloadable information products begins when the product is paid for and ends when it is downloaded. Access to the digital library or membership ends when the purchaser stops paying the relevant fees. To end such access, the purchaser must give notice during the preceding month that they no longer wish to purchase it. There is no minimum period for which the purchaser is required to maintain a commercial relationship with us. No financial guarantee or deposit is required when purchasing our products.
