We say it at the end of every video and tutorial: we love seeing what you make! We love seeing how you personalize and bring the garments and accessories we make in the Lulu Ferris membership to life. It’s incredibly satisfying for us and, on top of that, it’s wonderful feedback. That’s why we always encourage you to upload your photos and tag them with the hashtag #cosiendoconlulu, so we can find you on social media.
Have you made one of our tutorials? Would you like to share the result with us? It doesn’t matter if you think it didn’t turn out perfectly—don’t be embarrassed. Something made by you, with your own hands, is always a reason to be proud. And we know that very well.
Next week, we’ll publish a first post with some of your #cosiendoconlulu photos, so if you haven’t uploaded any yet, go for it!
For example, look at this suuuper-sweet photo of the reversible summer hat that @daviniafg tagged us in on Instagram.

If you’ve made one of our tutorials (from the Lulu Ferris membership or the YouTube channel) and want to share it with us and have the chance for it to appear on our website, here’s what you need to do:
Take a clear photo
You don’t need to be an expert photographer: the photo just needs to be clear. And if it’s beautiful too, even better, of course. Make sure it isn’t dark or pixelated and that your fantastic work can be seen clearly.
Upload it to your social media with the hashtag #cosiendoconlulu
Although some of you are more into Facebook, the social network where the hashtag #cosiendoconlulu is most successful is Instagram (if you don’t have an account, it’s very easy to create one). Upload the photo and don’t forget to tag us when editing the text, so we and all the other followers can follow your work.
Some people also tag us when they make their own projects (without using our tutorials) with one of our fabrics, and as you can imagine, we love that too. If you want to help the people who see your photo, you can specify which tutorial you followed, which fabric you used… You know that those of us who sew love knowing EVERYTHING.
Come on! Go ahead and upload your photos, and you could appear in one of the roundup posts we’ll be publishing soon.
Happy sewing, photographing, and tagging!
