Club News! Sewing Tutorials by Category and Difficulty Level

That’s right: with 145 tutorials available in Lulu Ferris and nearly 200 on the way, we had to get organized. So we’ve added a wonderful search tool that lets you filter sewing tutorials by category and difficulty level.

That way, you won’t have to look through ALL of them if you’re searching for something specific. For example:

Are you interested in learning to sew women’s garments, but not children’s? Looking for beautiful accessories because you love them? Are you just starting out and want easy tutorials? Have you been sewing for a long time and feel ready to tackle something with a high difficulty level? Now you can go straight to the tutorials that interest you!

The search tool has just come out of the oven, so it may have some glitches, and we’ll keep improving it. If you notice anything strange, don’t worry—just let us know so we can fix it. You know that we’re deeply grateful for your feedback: Do you think we need another category? Have you seen a tutorial that isn’t where it belongs?

Are you looking for the shop or the blog? Have you lost track of where to find information about in-person courses? Don’t worry! It’s all still there.

You just need to go to the bottom of the website: what’s called the footer. There you’ll find the rest of the sections:

• Online shop: With sections for fabrics, sewing materials, and handmade products that you can order from us.
• In-person courses: To see the courses we teach at our little shop in Mataró.
• Blog: Hundreds of articles with ideas, inspiration, tutorials, useful information, news, and much more.
• Information about shipping rates, payment methods, and other things that may interest you.

See? Nothing had gone missing… :)
