Those of you who follow me on Facebook will already have noticed that I have a special relationship with Milola Bakery. Here’s a quick summary:
Milola opened near our home, we became customers as soon as they opened, fell in love with their gluten-free pastries, and kept going back again and again. We went so often that we became friends, and now, two years later, they’re my biggest support in the shop project, which could be located nowhere but right across from them.
Why fall in love with their products?? Gluten-free pastries that are good—no, really, really good; tasty—no, absolutely delicious! All their ingredients are top quality, and after passing through the expert hands of the Milola team, they become a gluten-free cake, gluten-free cupcake…or whatever you like!
I love seeing children who can’t eat gluten pressed against the display case glass, unsure which one to choose—or choosing several of their products. They can’t believe it: “But is it really gluten-free?!” YES!
We don’t have any gluten problems at home, but you don’t need to have them to enjoy their cakes, cookies, or cupcakes. They’re so much muuuch tastier and muuuch more nutritious than the regular cakes sold to us. Don’t believe me? Take a look at what they’re made of and come try them! :)
And of course, all of this comes with exceptional service. They’re people who pass their joy and passion on to you, talk with their customers, enjoy their work—and it shows!
