Can you imagine your sister, your best friend, or yourself sewing under pressure in a TV competition? Well, before long, you may not have to imagine it—you may only need to pick up the remote to watch it. But first, you'll have to sign up for the casting call that's already underway to take part in this sewing talent show being prepared by the production company behind Masterchef (Shine Iberia) for TVE.

Requirements for taking part in the sewing talent showTo take part in this competition, you do NOT need to be a professional. All you need to know is how to sew, put patterns together, and above all, improvise! Because that's what these competitions are all about, as you probably know: they make things difficult, and you show that you can bring fabulous garments to life with limited resources and time.
As you know, if you'd like to practice, you'll find lots of tutorials in which you can build your confidence and learn new techniques to pull out of your sleeve in Lulu Ferris ;)

As you probably know if you've ever watched Masterchef, these competitions offer a double prize: one part professional and one part financial. What Angie told us in her email is that the winner will receive a substantial cash prize and, what's more, will be able to develop their own clothing collection for a major fashion brand!
