Helloooo!!!
Here I am with a new DIY. Since the last one was such a success and you liked it so much, I'll try to make one a week...
This DIY is about transforming a boring white bodysuit into one that's a little more cheerful. This idea will be great for summer, when we put them in just a short-sleeve bodysuit :)
I've chosen a theme that's everywhere, the “Bunting”—you know, the classic garlands. If you're celebrating your little one's birthday party, you can even make one to match the party decorations hehehe
Well, for this bodysuit I used some scraps of fabric I had around here...
With the help of the rotary cutter, I cut these fabric scraps into 6x6cm squares and then cut them into triangles.
The stitch I used for sewing was the “honeycomb” stitch. My sewing machine is an Alfa Next 30.

Once the triangles were cut, I secured them with pins and then basted them so I could sew them properly with the machine.
If you want, you can also sew them by hand...I'm not very good at that... A good option is to use thick thread and make stitches that stand out.
And here's the result! Not bad!!! You can make the triangles smaller and add many more.
I know for sure that I'll keep making bodysuits like this with the scraps I have left over.
I tried to take a photo of my little one wearing it, but it was impossible—all of them were blurry or the bodysuit couldn't be seen properly...What a disaster!!! hahaha
I hope you liked this easy way to bring the white bodysuit to life. If you make one at home, let me know!
