We've told the story behind Lulú Ferris on other occasions. It's Laura's story: a mother who couldn't find the kind of clothes she wanted for her first child in stores, so she started sewing them herself. Since then, she's opened a brick-and-mortar store, an online store, an Club with exclusive sewing tutorials, and had two more wonderful children. She's one of those people who can say out loud, «sewing changed my life».
For you, the change may have been different. We've also talked more than once about the relaxing qualities of sewing and how it can help you manage difficult, painful, or highly stressful times. Almost two years ago, we told you Blanca's story on this same blog. She used (and continues to use) crafting as therapy to get through very painful moments. Perhaps the change sewing has brought to your life has more to do with this.
In any case, we'd love to hear your story because we believe it could help and inspire other people.
Are you one of those who can say«sewing changed my life»?
In Wednesday's post (two days from now), we're going to tell you one of these surprising and inspiring stories. It's the story of Encarni, from E-tiketas, our official supplier of beautiful labels for all Lulú Ferris products. A story that will make you think, encourage you to fight for what you want, and keep moving forward.
If you've also experienced something like this and would like us to tell your story on this blog, leave a brief summary of your experience in the comments. What the change was like, what it has meant in your life, where it has taken you… And if what you've been through can help other people, we'll contact you to ask for more details.
What do you think? Would you like to be featured on the Lulú Ferris blog?
Let's bring all those inspiring stories that deserve to be told to light! Remember, we're starting this Wednesday with Encarni's story. You'll love reading it, so don't miss it.
We look forward to reading yours in the comments :)
